Summary: This is a sixteen week program of circuit-strength, interval cardiovascular training, zone nutrition, and meditation training. The objective of this program is to elicit total health and wellness -- sound mind, body, and spirit. After this program is completed, you can expect the following results: 1) increase in strength ( lean body mass ) a decrease in fat %. 2) 1-2lbs of fat ; and, 3) more energy, an alert mind, and a calmer state of being.

Steps to success:

I. Strength Training: circuit strength training is performed three times a week and will increase your lean muscle %; hence, you will be stronger and have a faster metabolism.

II. Interval cardio training -- high intensity work intervals; followed by cool down intervals between 20-29 minutes, 3xwk..

III. Zone nutrition -- 40% high fiber, low glycemic carbs/ 30% low fat proteins / 30% monounsaturated fats.

IV. Centering Prayer/Meditation -- 22 minutes of stillness.
